The management of the farm is in the hands of Caterina, a young entrepreneur, who after graduating in agriculture decided to throw herself into the adventure of making the farm and the Agriturismo a jewel of Chianti.
Her courageous dream met with that of Stefano, her husband, agronomist by profession, who helped Caterina in the cultivation of these lands with patience and dedication.

The company combines the history and the millennial tradition of the family with a young guide, attentive to new technologies and to the respect for the environment in all stages of production. Manual harvesting in boxes and soft pressing allow the creation of elegant, structured wines with a strong taste.

The farm’s olive groves are home to centuries-old plants and young trees reared according to modern cultivation techniques.
All certified by Organic Agriculture, the plants offer drupes that give rise to refined and powerful extra virgin olive oils. The manual harvesting and pressing within a few hours from the detachment of the fruits guarantee, together with adequate storage, the birth of a unique and durable product.
