The Farm

The farm “Antica Fattoria di Caserotta” has very ancient origins that are lost in the mists of time from
the lands owned by a family of ancient Tuscan nobility, the Ganucci Cancellieri.
It covers 70 hectares and includes vineyards, olive groves and woods. Today it is conducted according to the dictates of organic farming and produces a high quality oil, part of which is registered to the Chianti Classico PDO and Chianti Classico red and rosé IGT wine.

Agriturismo Cantagallo

The Agriturismo “Cantagallo” was born from the desire to enhance an old farmhouse, one of the characteristic “farmhouses” of the Tuscan tradition. The renovation took place in 2000, and was carried out with great care to preserve intact the peculiarities of the house, so the ceiling has kept the wooden beams and the ancient floor of Impruneta terracotta was returned to its original beauty.

The structure consists of two large apartments, completely independent of each other and equipped with all comforts. The swimming pool surrounded by greenery contributes to the peace and tranquility that are the added value of this fairytale place. The pride of the structure is also the panoramic position; from here you can admire the Apennines and neighboring countries such as Impruneta and Florence. The location is ideal, a few kilometers from Florence and Siena, but in the heart of Chianti.
